Strategic, pragmatic and hands-on, Sabastain is a Managing Partner and Legal Practitioner with twenty years' experience across the legal and telecommunications sectors - including a decade leading Guwuriro & Associates. He is a trusted advisor to boards and executives, recognised for his leadership, business acumen and skill in navigating complex legal issues.
He has advised potential foreign investment companies on labour, banking and investment legislation; drafted joint-venture, licence and lease agreements; and resolved disputes through arbitration, negotiation, mediation and conciliation. Earlier in his career he established corporate governance structures as a Group Legal & Compliance Manager, and represented clients across the Magistrates Court, High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe.
